Sikorsky in 1979. The aircraft was
designed to take off as a helicopter, and lift from its wings would unload the main rotor
which would be stopped & locked to act as another airfoil in high speed flight. A set
for FS containing fixed wing and helicopter models By Klaus D. Werr |
An attempt to increase the practical top speed of the helicopter.
Start with the helo model, and switch to the fixed wing and back. RSRA.zip 1207k |

The Rotorhead Trainer Here's the most gentle
trainer I could design. It may not look like much (it's not supposed to), but it's the
perfect first helo to learn on. By Klaus D. Werr |
This trainer is very resistant to dynamic roll-over. Tends to slide
on bad landings so you can pull collective and try again. trainer.zip 101k |
